  • High Intensity Group Training limited to 15 athletes, emphasizing core fundamentals while also incorporating targeted strength work, focused speed development, and sport-specific conditioning for improved on-court performance.

  • Film analysis breakdown to discuss game strengths and weaknesses and identify specific areas where the athlete can improve. Review reads and decision-making, while working to raise basketball IQ and on-court awareness.

  • Beginner strength training that includes bodyweight exercises plus an introduction to basic weight training, designed for athletes who are just starting their strength-training journey.
